There are doctors who treat their patients, and then there are doctors who become a part of the journey with them. Dr. Shashank has been Gucci’s doctor for the last three years, and I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful we are to have had him beside us through some of the most terrifying moments of our lives. Gucci has had a complicated history of idiopathic seizures, and his journey has never been straightforward. Over these three years, Dr. Shashank has gone far beyond what anyone could expect from a doctor to try to understand what is happening with him, control his seizures, and, most importantly, save him every single time things have become critical. There have been moments when we were absolutely terrified that we were going to lose Gucci. And every single time, Dr. Shashank has been there answering questions, trying different approaches, monitoring him, making adjustments, staying involved, and doing everything within his knowledge and ability to give Gucci another chance. He has never made us feel like we were "just another case". What means the most to us is that he genuinely cares about Gucci. You can feel it in the way he talks about him, the way he thinks through his treatment, and the way he keeps trying even when Gucci’s case is difficult and unpredictable. He has never stopped looking for a way to help him. Gucci is not an easy case. His seizures have been unpredictable, frightening, and incredibly difficult to manage. But Dr. Shashank has never given up on him. Even when we have been exhausted, scared and desperate for answers, he has continued to stand with us and do everything he possibly can. After three years, he is not just Gucci’s doctor anymore. He is someone we trust with Gucci’s life. And when you love a pet as deeply as we love Gucci, there is no greater trust you can place in another person. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Shashank for every sleepless night, every call, every decision, every attempt, every bit of reassurance, and most importantly, for never giving up on our boy. After a very stressful few weeks with my senior cat, Bubba, I feel incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Shashank and his team. We stay in sector 28 and one day my cat all of a sudden declined eating and was showing signs of lethargy and we visited Dr. Shashank who was like 10 mins away from our place. He is very kind and compassionate. My cat also had a history of parasite infection, we gave him all the details and symptoms my cat yami had, he immediately suggested a blood test and gave her IV drips. My cat was diagnosed with babesia felis and later pyometra, but Dr. Shashank was with us all through the journey, even at late nights. Yami had her surgery and is now recovering. He gave her the best possible care and treatment. He is a really knowledgeable and trusted doctor

Took my 15 month golden to blue coat in an emergency for loose motions and vomiting. Dr Shashank attended to him and he was superb. He diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly and started the treatment and he was fine the next day. Dr. Shashank Goyal is a very experienced and extremely caring veterinarian. I recently approached him during an emergency, and he handled the situation with great efficiency and calmness.
